We help people and companies use Artificial Intelligence in a practical, confident way — without technical barriers. Through hands-on workshops and AI training, we make complex technology easy to understand and immediately usable in everyday work.

FreeSma was founded by Iman Ismail-Martens, a finance and AI expert with over 20 years of international experience at the intersection of technology, business, and human development. As a certified AI trainer, coach, and psychotherapist (BPT), she brings both technical expertise and human clarity with a clear mission: to make AI responsible, effective, and human-centered.
